Outsourced SDR Services

Your outbound function.
Without another hire.

You have something worth selling. We build the target list, write the outreach, run the campaigns, and handle the replies. You take the sales conversations forward.

You should not have to manage the thing you outsourced.

A contact list is not an outbound function. Neither is a sequence sitting in a tool. The work is connecting the right accounts, a credible message, consistent follow-up, and someone who can handle an actual conversation. We bring those pieces together and adjust when the market gives us a better answer.

The actual work

What we take off your plate.

1

A market worth approaching

ICP and persona development, account research, and list building around your offer. We narrow the audience enough to say something that matters.

2

A message people can understand

Campaign copy and conversation angles built from your proposition, buyer problems, and prior sales experience. We test the premise as well as the wording.

3

Outreach across channels

Email, LinkedIn, and cold calling with the data, infrastructure, and tooling needed to run the engagement. Effort follows buyer response.

4

A human on the other end

Reply handling, follow-up, qualification, and appointment setting. A positive response gets attention while the conversation is still alive.

5

A useful read on the market

Reporting and ongoing optimization around conversations, meetings, and the objections that keep coming up. Activity is context, not the whole result.

6

Room to change the approach

When an audience or message is not working, we revisit it. The retainer supports an outbound motion, not blind loyalty to the first campaign.

Make the right purchase

An outsourced function. A clear division of work.

Choose the model that matches what you actually need. A retainer does not mean a dedicated full-time employee sitting in your org chart.

Choose a retainer when…

You need research, messaging, execution, and follow-up to work together, without recruiting and managing each part yourself.

Hire in-house when…

You have a repeatable playbook, day-to-day sales management, and enough work to justify a dedicated employee. Outsourcing is not automatically the better answer.

Scope a custom engagement when…

You need dedicated SDR capacity, multiple markets or business units, inbound follow-up, or deeper CRM integration. Those needs belong in the scope before kickoff.

We run the outbound. Your team owns discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing unless additional work is explicitly scoped.

A working relationship

We need a little
from your side.

Best for B2B companies with a proven offer, $20K+ annual contract values, and someone ready to take the sales conversations forward.

  • 1

A real offer, a defined commercial goal, and access to what you have already tried.

  • 2

Product knowledge, sales materials, and timely feedback on targeting and messaging.

  • 3

Calendar availability and a clear owner for sales conversations and follow-up.

Pre-product or pre-revenue? The ongoing outbound retainer is probably too early. Explore focused advisory instead.

The first 90 days

Build. Run. Learn. Adjust.

  1. Week 0

    Check the fit.

Discuss your ICP, deal value, sales process, and previous attempts. Agree what the engagement needs to accomplish.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Build the motion.

Audit existing work, refine the audience, research accounts, and prepare messaging and campaign infrastructure.

  3. Weeks 3–6

    Work the market.

Launch outreach, handle replies, and learn what resonates. Early responses guide changes; they are not a volume forecast.

  4. Weeks 7–12

    Make the call.

Review conversations and outcomes. Decide which accounts, messages, and channels deserve more effort.

This is the working plan. Access, approvals, and infrastructure readiness determine the exact launch date.

The engagement

The price is right here.

Need dedicated reps, multiple markets, or deeper CRM integration?

We scope those engagements separately. We also agree the campaign mix, capacity, responsibilities, and any additional costs before work starts.

Before we talk

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

What is included in the monthly fee?

The standard retainer covers targeting, research, list building, messaging, email, LinkedIn, cold calling, human reply handling, qualification, appointment setting, and the data, infrastructure, and tooling for that work. Dedicated staffing and more complex requirements are scoped separately.

Will I get a dedicated full-time SDR?

The standard retainer buys an outbound function, not a full-time employee. Dedicated SDR capacity is available as a custom engagement. We agree who owns the work and how you will collaborate before starting.

How quickly can outreach start?

The initial plan allows weeks 1–2 for the audit, targeting, research, and messaging, followed by execution in weeks 3–6. Access, approvals, and infrastructure readiness affect the actual launch date. We agree those dependencies during onboarding.

Can you work with our existing sales team?

Yes. We can support a founder or an existing sales team. The important part is deciding who takes meetings, where context is handed over, and who follows up. Deeper CRM integration is scoped around your requirements.

How many meetings will we get?

There is no universal number that is honest across markets. Reachability, deal value, your offer, and the qualification standard all affect output. We discuss realistic expectations for your market and distinguish activity, booked meetings, held meetings, and opportunities.

What happens after the first 90 days?

We review which audiences and messages created conversations, where prospects stalled, and what to scale or change. The commercial terms for continuing the engagement are agreed directly; the initial retainer has a 90-day minimum.

Ready when you are.

Give outbound an owner.

Tell us who you sell to, what a customer is worth, and what you have already tried. We will talk through whether the engagement makes sense.
