B2B Appointment Setting

A meeting should have
a reason to happen.

A busy calendar is easy to admire and expensive to waste. We research the right buyers, start the conversation, qualify the interest, and get the next discussion into the right hands.

A calendar invite is not a sales opportunity.

An appointment is useful when the account fits, the person has a relevant role, and there is a reason to talk. Booking someone who cannot buy, has no connection to the problem, or thinks they accepted a networking call helps nobody. We start by agreeing what a useful meeting means for your business.

The actual work

What we take off your plate.

1

Buyer and account selection

Define the companies and roles worth approaching, including the exclusions that keep the wrong prospects off your calendar.

2

A credible reason to talk

Messaging tied to the buyer's work and your offer. We make the purpose of the conversation clear instead of hiding a sales pitch inside a vague invitation.

3

Multichannel follow-through

Email, LinkedIn, and calling work together to reach buyers and continue relevant conversations. We adjust the mix to the audience.

4

Human qualification

Handle replies and clarify fit and interest against the criteria agreed for the campaign. A positive reply is the beginning of qualification, not the finish line.

5

Booking and context

Coordinate the next conversation and pass along the prospect's role, reason for engaging, and useful details from the exchange.

6

Feedback into the campaign

Use what happens in your sales meetings to improve targeting and messaging. Your feedback helps separate interesting replies from commercially useful conversations.

Define it before you count it

What makes a meeting useful?

These are the questions we use to establish a campaign's qualification standard. The specific criteria are agreed around your offer and sales process.

1 / Account fit

Does the company match the agreed market, size, geography, and exclusions? A recognizable logo alone is not enough.

2 / Relevant person

Does this person own, influence, or have a meaningful role in the buying decision? The right title depends on the sale.

3 / Commercial relevance

Is there an identified problem, use case, or expressed interest connected to the offer? Do they understand what the meeting is about?

4 / Attendance and next step

Did the conversation actually happen, and what came from it? Booked, held, qualified, and opportunity are separate stages.

Do not confuse an introductory meeting with completed discovery. Budget, buying process, and timing may still need to be established by your sales team.

A working relationship

We need a little
from your side.

Best for B2B companies with a proven offer, $20K+ annual contract values, and someone ready to take the sales conversations forward.

  • 1

An agreed definition of a qualified buyer and the situations you want to exclude.

  • 2

Available meeting slots and a sales owner who can respond while interest is fresh.

  • 3

Feedback on attendance, fit, and sales outcomes so the campaign gets smarter.

Pre-product or pre-revenue? The ongoing outbound retainer is probably too early. Explore focused advisory instead.

The first 90 days

Build. Run. Learn. Adjust.

  1. Week 0

    Check the fit.

Discuss your ICP, deal value, sales process, and previous attempts. Agree what the engagement needs to accomplish.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Build the motion.

Audit existing work, refine the audience, research accounts, and prepare messaging and campaign infrastructure.

  3. Weeks 3–6

    Work the market.

Launch outreach, handle replies, and learn what resonates. Early responses guide changes; they are not a volume forecast.

  4. Weeks 7–12

    Make the call.

Review conversations and outcomes. Decide which accounts, messages, and channels deserve more effort.

This is the working plan. Access, approvals, and infrastructure readiness determine the exact launch date.

Before we talk

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

Is this a pay-per-meeting service?

We work on a monthly outbound retainer with a 90-day minimum. Appointment setting is included alongside the research, messaging, outreach, and follow-up needed to create those conversations. Pricing is based on the engagement rather than a fee for each booking.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

We agree account fit, relevant buyer roles, and commercial relevance before launching. We then distinguish bookings from held meetings and qualified conversations. Your sales team determines whether a conversation becomes an opportunity after discovery.

What happens if a prospect does not show up?

A booking and a held meeting are different outcomes. We agree the follow-up and rescheduling approach during onboarding, along with any specific replacement or credit terms in your engagement agreement.

Do you guarantee a set number of appointments?

We do not publish a fixed meeting guarantee. The addressable audience, offer, reachability, and qualification criteria change what is realistic. We discuss those factors before agreeing the engagement.

Do you take the sales meetings for us?

The core retainer covers outbound, qualification, and appointment setting. Your team takes discovery and owns the sale. If you need additional commercial support, we can discuss a separate scope.

Can this support an established sales team?

Yes. The same approach can support a founder selling directly or a team of account executives. We need clear routing, useful context, calendar availability, and feedback from the people taking the meetings.

Ready when you are.

Make room for the right people.

Tell us who you sell to, what a customer is worth, and what you have already tried. We will talk through whether the engagement makes sense.
